01 What units does M-HUB offer?
Above-ground warehouses of 454–699 m² in Building 1 — each with a private fenced yard and an office mezzanine. A showroom, stores and further warehouses, including underground storage, are planned for Phase 3; details and timing will be announced.
02 What are the prices and do they include VAT?
Prices are on request — send an enquiry or call us and we will send a current offer for the available units. All prices exclude VAT (20%); common (ideal) parts are transferred free of charge.
03 Can I combine several units?
Yes. Adjacent units can be combined to fit the business — send an enquiry with the area you need and we will propose a configuration.
04 What is the structure and specification?
Steel structure with clear height from 8 m, sealed power-floated concrete, insulated sandwich panels, grade-level loading and HGV access.
05 What are the payment terms and completion date?
Staged payments: 30% on signing the contract, 30% at Act 14, 30% at Act 15 and 10% after Act 16. Completion: February 2027.
06 How can I arrange a viewing?
